The return of any defective product purchased in OcioStock must be notified within a period not exceeding 7 working days, through our SAT. You must select the type of assistance required, the option INCIDENCES. In the text field you will have to indicate the order number, the product reference and the defect it presents. It is recommended to attach a photo of the defective product to avoid delays in the resolution of the incident. No returns of goods will be accepted in our warehouses unless they have been previously confirmed by OcioStock.
In any case, remember that in order to return the defective product you must keep the packaging and everything that accompanies the product in perfect condition.

If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have a period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise your right to return. Items that correspond to some kind of campaign such as Christmas or Carnival are not subject to these conditions.
OcioStock in this case will not be responsible for shipping costs. Therefore, OcioStock will pay the customer the cost of the products, while the costs of shipping and return will be borne by the customer. In other words, when the products are properly served but are not to the customer's liking, OcioStock will pay the cost of the products except for all transport costs that will be borne by the customer in addition to outbound and indbound order logistics costs.
In some cases the images of the products are sketches provided by the manufacturers. These products, including those with real photos, may undergo small changes in the design and will not be accepted as a reason for return. Products always comply with the style and design guidelines provided by the licensee.
